ON SITE FEE

$100 per person included in bridal party services

This fee is paid for by the bride upon booking the wedding services. This holds your date, is not a deposit towards any of the services, and does help keep the price of the actual services down for your wedding party members. All of the hair and makeup services will be due in addition to this fee once the wedding date is near.

TRAVEL FEES

There is no travel fee if your venue is within a 30 mile radius of Elle Salon in Elgin, IL or within an hour of travel time.

If your venue is more than 30 miles from Elle Salon, we charge $1 per additional mile per traveling artist.
OR
If your venue takes longer than an hour to get to, we charge $10 per additional 15 minutes per traveling artist.

We assess the time and/or distance prior to the wedding date. If any unforeseen traffic disturbances cause additional travel time on the day of the wedding, we do not charge additionally.

OUT OF TOWN ARRANGEMENTS

If your venue requires airplane travel and lodging, we will access the willingness of our artists to make this travel prior to booking. It is possible, but not promised.

If your venue is more than 2 hours from elle salon, and your start time is before 8 AM, we may require that the artists get overnight lodging the night before your wedding day. This is to ensure optimal performance of the hair and makeup artists for your special day. This will be asked and accessed at the time of booking the date.

For both lodging and airfare, elle salon will arrange the bookings upon your approval. You will be held responsible for these costs and will make payment to elle salon. We will then pay for and arrange the bookings, again, upon your approval.
